Shipping

  • Does Logix ship internationally?

    At this time, unfortunately Logix does not ship internationally
    Are your products cruelty free
    Logix Cosmetics is a cruelty-free cosmetics line. Logix makeup is never tested on animals.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    All orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive at the address you provide within 7-10 business days from
    the date of purchase.

Payment

  • My order is missing an item, I haven’t received my order yet.

    Please send an email to Customersupport@logixcosmetics.com with your order number and preferably
    the order confirmation email and we will get back to you as soon as possible

  • Can I get a list of ingredients?

    At the bottom of the order page there is an ingredient listing where you can find the ingredients to the
    products you’re interested in. Logix cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in
    an allergen free environment.

Refunds

  • can i return an item once opened?

    Logix Cosmetics will gladly accept returns on tarte.com orders within 30 days unless the item is marked
    as final sale. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, but you will be responsible
    for return shipping fees unless otherwise prohibited by law. We only accept returns for items purchased
    through www.logixcosmetics.com. if you purchased a Logix item from a retail partner, please contact that
    retailer directly.
